A modern and bright flat in the privileged area of Candelaria, two minutes walk from the nearest beach and close to shops and the Basilica of Candelaria.
If you ask any Tenerife resident who is one of the most emblematic municipalities of Tenerife, most will agree to answer 'Candelaria'.
Candelaria is not only known for being the town where the most important basilica of the Canary Islands is located, 'La Basilica de Nuestra Señora La Virgen de Candelaria', but it is also the municipality with the most stable climate on the island.
This modern and bright flat is in a newly built quiet building (2019). It has an outdoor patio and two bedrooms. However, it is important to note, especially if you come with children, that our patio and one of our rooms are outside the flat, just two meters from the front door of our flat, but outside it, having to cross the common corridor of the building, which is 2 meters wide. We also have a living room with sea views, an open kitchen, and a bathroom.
The accommodation is located in a privileged and at the same time quiet area, with easy parking all year round, where the good weather always accompanies. Close to countless shops, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, and just a few minutes walk from the promenade and the centre of Candelaria. Candelaria has a perfect atmosphere, worth knowing on foot, from the Caletillas to the basilica of our lady, the Virgin of Candelaria.
Days before your arrival, we will contact you to coordinate the handing over of the flat's keys, but first, we will contact you so that you can check in online.
The flat has effortless access to the motorway by car. It is located between the capital (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) and the island's main tourist areas (El Médano, Los Cristianos, Las Américas, Costa Adeje), which means that you can travel quickly anywhere. We also have a bus stop just 200 meters away, so this flat is ideal for those who do not plan to rent a car.
